Refund Policy

All returns, refunds and exchanges reach us at info@onwardbaby.com.au before returning any items.

• Change of mind

• The product must be returned within 30-days of receiving the item. If exchanging an item, enclose a stamped, self-addressed Australia Post satchel to accommodate the returned item. With all tags still attached and/or in the condition in which it was purchased and presented with original receipt.

• Wrong size/colour

• The product must be returned within 30-days of receiving the item. If exchanging an item, enclose a stamped, self-addressed Australia Post satchel to accommodate the returned item. With all tags still attached and/or in the condition in which it was purchased and presented with original receipt.

If you are returning or exchanging an item, it needs to be returned to us in the original condition it was sent to you. This includes packaging where practicable.

Refunds will only be processed for goods, returned with accompanying documentation, and if the goods are in good condition. A re-stocking fee may apply.

Please note, the postage of the returned item, and postage for exchanged goods are to be paid by you, the customer unless otherwise arranged.

Warranty Information

Onward’s limited warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing and workmanship but does not include damage caused due to weather, extremes of climate, acts of God, animal activity, deliberate intent, occupational hazards, fire or chemicals, loss during postage and/or transport either by post/couriers/sea or air freight. This warranty becomes void if the product becomes damaged beyond reasonable repair.
